隱私政策
本政策適用於「柴柴相簿整理」（ChaiPhoto）及其官方支援網站。
存取資料與用途
經使用者授權後，ChaiPhoto 透過 Apple Photos / PhotoKit 存取獲准的照片、影片、相簿、喜好狀態與相關中繼資料，用於顯示、篩選、整理、加入相簿、切換喜好項目與使用者主動分享。
若使用者只授權部分照片，App 僅能處理被授權的項目。
照片與影片
ChaiPhoto 不經營開發者照片上傳服務，不會將使用者的完整相簿上傳到 ChaiPhoto 自有伺服器。預覽、播放或預載 iCloud 內容時，iOS 可能依使用者設定向 Apple 下載雲端內容。
本機資料
整理決定、排除狀態、設定、篩選與操作紀錄主要儲存在 App 的本機空間。刪除 App 通常會移除其本機資料；iOS 備份、卸載與還原行為則由 Apple 的系統設定管理。
刪除與系統相簿變更
ChaiPhoto 只會依使用者操作要求 iOS 變更喜好項目、相簿或刪除照片。真正的系統刪除仍由 iOS 的照片權限與確認流程控制。
網站問題回報
使用者主動送出問題回報時，本站會保存回報內容，以及使用者選擇提供的 App 版本、Build、iOS 版本、iPhone 型號與重現步驟。這些資料只用於調查問題、改善 ChaiPhoto 與追蹤處理狀態。
目前回報表單不要求姓名、電話、Apple ID 或 Email，也不提供照片與影片上傳。請勿在文字欄位中填入私密照片內容、精確位置或其他敏感個人資料。
回報資料由 Cloudflare 提供的網站基礎設施與 D1 資料庫處理與保存，並會在支援與維護所需期間保留；不再需要時可刪除。
追蹤、廣告與帳號
目前版本沒有 ChaiPhoto 帳號系統、廣告、追蹤 SDK 或第三方使用行為分析服務。Cloudflare 作為網站與資料庫基礎設施提供者，可能依其服務運作與安全機制處理必要的連線資訊。

English Summary
ChaiPhoto accesses only the Photos content authorized by the user through Apple's Photos framework in order to display, filter and organize media, manage albums and Favorites, and perform user-requested sharing or deletion actions.
ChaiPhoto does not operate a developer-controlled photo upload service and does not upload the user's full photo library to ChaiPhoto servers. The current version has no ChaiPhoto account system, advertising, tracking SDKs, or third-party usage analytics.
When a user voluntarily submits a web feedback report, the site stores the report text and any optional app version, build number, iOS version, device model and reproduction steps supplied by the user. The form does not require a name, phone number, Apple ID or email address and currently does not accept photo or video uploads. Feedback data is processed using Cloudflare website infrastructure and D1 and is retained while reasonably needed for support and maintenance.
App preferences and sorting history are primarily stored locally on the device. iCloud downloads, system backups and Photos synchronization are controlled by Apple and the user's system settings.
