回報 App 問題
可使用 ChaiPhoto 的網站回報表單提供問題類型、版本、裝置與重現步驟。請不要填入私密照片、Apple ID、電話或其他敏感資料。
TestFlight 使用者
若使用 TestFlight 測試版，也可以搭配 TestFlight 內建的 Beta Feedback 回報截圖、操作情況與 Crash。兩種方式可以同時使用。
回報時建議提供
App 版本與 Build、iOS 版本、iPhone 型號、發生問題前的操作步驟，以及不包含敏感資料的畫面。
